The Arrowhead Group is a consulting service that produces productivity analysis reports for insurance companies. As a consultant to a conservative industry, Arrowhead Group wanted a logo with a traditional feel, without the appearing overly plain or subdued.
The resulting design strikes a balance between elegant and bold. The geometric design is rendered in a strong red that grabs the viewer's attention. When used at a small scale, the logomark appears as an 8-pointed starburst. When blown up to a larger scale, a new level of detail is revealed: in reference to the company's namesake, the circular starburst is made up of an array of individual arrowheads.
